 College life can be overwhelming—balancing academics, relationships, and personal goals isn’t easy. That’s why I’m launching a college student support group to help you build skills for managing stress, improving time management, and strengthening relationships.

• Who: College students looking for support and practical coping skills

• What: A weekly group focused on stress management, goal setting, and healthy relationships

• When: TBD - based upon interest

• Where: Virtual


This is a judgment-free space where you can connect with other students, process challenges, and develop strategies to make college life more manageable.
