MISSION
Culture Therapy and Wellness started with a question: "What if therapy could feel more real?"
What began as a traditional private practice model has evolved into a larger idea and objectives. It has become something more, something more reflective of the actual people we serve and the culture we live in. We saw clients showing up burnt out, misunderstood, boxed in, and wanting a place to show up uniquely and authentically themselves. We also realized the challenge of practitioners who wants to also have space to show up in a genuine manner and balancing their own challenges while still trying to make a meaningful impact on lives. It was then that it became apparent that we had to create something different.
As our worked deepened, so did our mission. We moved from a one-size-fits-all model to a more dynamic, layered approach that could meet people where they are and with what resources they have at their disposal. This led to three distinct but connected branches:
While the culture attached to mental health is changing, there continues to be stigma, brokenness, shame, and embarrassment associated with seeking mental health services. We aim to promote a new culture, one that shifts how we think about, prioritize, and embrace our mental health.
We equip individuals and organizations with tools, insights, and support to take ownership of their mental well-being.
We prioritize early intervention, education, and proactive care to address mental health before it becomes a crisis.
We honor the full spectrum of the human experience-mind, body, relationships, purpose because true wellness happens in the whole person, not just isolated parts.
We work to foster meaningful connection to self, to others, and to community, recognizing that healing and growth are rarely solitary.

Each of us will encounter a struggle or time in life when we need some help and would benefit from prioritizing our mental health. Therapists are no exception. I have had the opportunity to be both patient and provider. It is from these experiences that I aim to offer a secure and nurturing environment where clients can delve into their inner world and surmount their personal obstacles.
